    Hi,

    I am stuck as the customer's requirement is to modify the INC created after failed Aria Automation workflow in ServiceNow. The default content is as below

    Item Number :   RITM#####
    Item Name :   Virtual Machine Creation (Custom)
    RITM Stage :   Completed
    RITM State :   Closed Incomplete.
    Check RITM comments for more details

    How to change the content over here?
