how i can enable FT i think i have all requisites but i cant

Dears, i need your help to enable FT in a vm4 cluster

i have 4 esx in the cluster (four are the same hardware)

every server have  3 nics

1-virtual machines  -service console(for admin) and vmk(for NTFS)

2-Service console and vmk(for vmotion)

3-vmk fot fault tolerance

(i have not network troubles between interfaces)

The servers are dell poweredge1950 procesors Intel Xeon 5150

i have enabled in the bios, vitualization support and execute disable

to finish, in the cluster, HA is enabled.

Somebody can help to me giving to me some idea?

sorry, i forget it, every virtual machine is in a Netapp volume, and the volume is accesible from all host esx

on the esx summary appears

- Host CPU does not support hardware virtualization which is required for replay.
