    Hello !! I need your help~

I purchased vmware vsphere 6 standard and vcenter server 6 perpetual licenses in 2020.
Both require reinstallation to version 7, and I also want to upgrade the license to 7.
However, I don't know what ID registered in vmware is. So, I want to create a new ID at broadcom and register the license.
    What should I do? Or,
please tell me a good way to sign up and connect again through the customer email address previously connected based on the license information
I purchased. All I can confirm now is the license information recorded in the software license certificate document.

    PLZ :(

    Hello.
I had a similar case with a client several years ago.
Fortunately the customer had the purchase invoice from an authorized VMware partner. Opened a support case and after VMware reviewed the documents and requested the appointment of the current company manager (customer) activated an ID with the business mail where VMware register the licenses purchased according to the invoice.
This way the client managed to regain access to its licenses.

To upgrade to version 7 you require an active support contract with VMware by Broadcom.   Assuming you have active SNS for your perpetual license, please open a case with Broadcom.  Since you do not know your account and since there are new accounts with the transition of VMware to Broadcom, you can open your case by calling +1 800 225 5224.
