Perhaps you can use a Windows laptop/server to grab the ISO's using WinSCP then copy them from your Windows box to the target  Keep in mind you will need to enable ssh on the VMware host if you plan to upload/download using WinSCP.  Another option is to setup a NAS/iSCSI for the ISO share that all desired devices can reach.

You may also consider using the unsupported 'Fling' known as the VGC (VMware Guest Console).  This will allow you to easily upload/download files from your CentOS guest through the VIX API (even with no network connectivity on the guest).

If you have a datastore already just upload it to the datastore

Boot CentOS system, share it out to ESX as NFS share...

From your Windows laptop you can simply point a vSphere client directly to the ESXi host and login as root (or point your vSphere client to the vCenter server).  Next, from "Home > Inventory > Hosts and Clusters" highlight a VMHost in the left pane, and from the Summary Tab in the right pane, identify the storage listed.  Right-click the desired datastore and browse it.  From here you can click the appropriate icon at the top to upload a file or folder.
