    ESXI 6.5 Unable to boot.

What's exaclty is the issue? Since you seem to be able to boot into WIndows, it' doesn't seem to be a hardware issue!?

Depending on what's the root cause, there might be different options available. These range from simply reinstalling ESXi (with preserving the existing VMFS datastore), to booting from a rescue CD to extract/download the VMs.

Windows won't be able to read a VMFS file system, so if that's your goal then there's no option for you.

If you are using the vmware workstation, you can select map virtual disk option in file menu, using that you can map a virtual disk to windows as a mapped drive
