  • 1.  Host connection failure, but all the vm are ok

    Hi to all,

    it's the first that I write in this forum.

    I've two hosts connected to a das with 10gb fiber channel.

    In the hosts I've vSphere 6, and the vm with vCenter is inside the system.

    From february 2015 this system is ok and without problem.

    From about 3 weeks I've frequently errors (about every 4/12 hours) of disconnect host. Sometimes is the first server, sometimes the second and sometimes both.

    The virtual machine don't migrate to the other host with HA, and continue to work.

    In the logs of vCenter I've this:

    I advise you to update, because you are too far behind with the versions.

    Do you have RDM LUNs in you're environment with Clustering ?

    If yes then perennial reservation status should be true, check with below cmd.

    esxcli storage core device list -d naa.id

    or use below Article to fix issue.

    Unfortunately, I'm not an expert, and I don't know what do you mean. Could I run the powershell command anyway?

    Could I resolve this issue too?
