We can hide some VM from vcenter by assign role 'No Access', but this is not hide the VM when we browse the datastore.

Anyone know how we can hide the VM from inventory and from datastore if the user browse the datastore?

I don't think VMFS offers access control at a folder level like that.

Perhaps you could create a dedicated datastore for the VM and be specific in who has permission to access the datastore.
