There are a few KBs on the subject:
https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?articleNumber=411465
https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/407000/access-denied-for-the-requested-uri-hybr.html
However you may also find that even if the product is configured correctly it could be cause by a known issue fixed in a later release, hence the suggestion to upgrade to 4.11.3 which has long term support and many fixes included.

Can I perform some troubleshooting steps for HCX Role Mapping before I reach out to GS?

I would upgrade, and then troubleshoot. There are many fixes between 4.11.1 and 4.11.3.
With that said, it does seem like HCX Role Mapping is not configured correctly, GS will be able to assist.

Hi Chris,
Thank you for your response!
Yes, we do see the Import Certificate option during the HCX activation process, and all components show green status. The HCX connector is fully registered with vCenter.
However, I've noticed another issue: when I try to log in directly to the HCX Connector (not through the vCenter interface), I'm unable to log in and receive an error. The service account I'm using has full global admin permissions in HCX, so I'm unsure why the login is failing.

Hi, HCX 4.11.0 is EoGS on the 24th, I would upgrade to 4.11.3 which has LTS.
This however looks to be a browser/cache issue - can you try incognito? Also, I presume it's fully registered with the VC/activated etc?

Hello experts,
I am trying to perform a site pairing from the on-prem HCX, but the site pairing option appears to be greyed out. Any help would be appreciated
vcenter on-prem : 7.0.3
hcx : 4.11.1.0
