Guest cursor is not visible

My guest cursor is not visible but working properly. But I felt little difficult working using a hidden cursor. Please see the SS attached.
Can anyone please help me to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Can you post a vmware.log from the VM in question?

You can try adding this config option into your VM's vmx file:

mks.noHostCursor = TRUE

That will cause us to manually draw the cursor into the window rather than trying to accelerate it up to the Host's cursor and can fix Host-side cursor issues.

Try to set your mouse pointer inverted in Windows 11 : settings >
accessibilty > mouse > mouse pointer select the inverted icon
