Given LUN ID, change Storage Device name and Create Datastore

So my storage guy gave me 200 LUNs.  They're all named "NETAP Fibre Channel Disk (Naa.....)".  I need to rename these to my intended datastore name, and create a datastore using said renamed device.  I do have a mapping between LUN ID and the new name to be used.  Even if not a script, the correct PowerCLI commands would be helpful.  ('cos frankly, most scripts are way over my head)

For creating the datastore, use the New-Datastore cmdlet and use the canonicalname on the Path parameter.
