    Dear all

    i Need a test Lab

    Lab Guest Machine is from Symantec System Recovery 2013 Backup Image，Recovery to ESxi 6.7 Server's Guest Machine

    Recoveryed First Boot，Show "windows installer could not configure windows to run on this computer hardware" Error Message

    Please, how to troubleshoot this problem ?

    Backup Method：Host Full Backup

    Backup target host Inforation

    Hardware：IBM System x3550 M4

    OS：Windows Server 2012 R2

    Recovery Boot CD：Use Symantec System Recovery 2013 Tools Make a custom existing recovery disk

    Restore step description

    Step 1.

    Create a blank Guest Machine in ESxi 6.7

    Step 2.

    Use Make a custom existing recovery disk Boot Guest Machine

    Step 3.

    From Symantec System Recovery 2013 Backup Image Recoveryed to ESxi Guest Machine

    Step 4.

    After the recovery is completed, the system will display the following error message when it is turned on for the first time

    "windows installer could not configure windows to run on this computer hardware"
