    There was a problem.

    Virtual machine does not start,

    Failed to start the virtual machine.

    Can not open the disk '/vmfs/volumes/568d7652-2f495ddf-c289-0cc47a6c1472/RD-000005.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.

    Failed to lock the file

    Can not open the disk '/vmfs/volumes/5687193c-944bae70-2945-0cc47a6c1472/RD/RD_2-000001.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.

    Failed to lock the file

    Module DiskEarly power on failed.

    Can not open the disk '/vmfs/volumes/5687193c-944bae70-2945-0cc47a6c1472/RD/RD-000001.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.

    Failed to lock the file


    RD-000005.vmdk - not connected to another virtual machine

    Failed to lock the file

    Can not open the disk '/vmfs/volumes/568d7652-2f495ddf-c289-0cc47a6c1472/RD-000005.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.

    Failed to power on scsi0: 3.

    Failed to add disk scsi0: 3.

    .lic files are missing

    How do I get the data from this drive?

    Very strong need help

    I think you should check snapshot chaining -- refer to below article
