Facing issue on deploying Windows 7 64bit as Guest OS

I deployed virtual machine from WINDOWS 7 (X64)Template.   After deployment, it has same SID.

SO I run sysrep tool (inbuilt) , but later OS is not booting up ,it is giving as error ..

Note : I tried with installing template with & without  Vmware tools ,still i facing same issue.kindly check attachment for error..

1. "sysprep" can only run 3 times for Windows 7 at a maximum, after that it doesn't work anymore.

2. Disable UAC and try again.

Using a vSphere guest customization template is fine and works.
