Since Vcenter has a lot of good information, I would like to know if it is possible to extract a host hardware/software inventory as well as VM.

Example: Brand, model, total memory, cpu, VMware Version, etc..

    We have VCenter 2.5 installed.

    Thank you.

You can definitely get all this information and much much more.

Take a look at this script which extracts all this information and more:

    Your information is quit cool!

Since I'm fairly new at this, how do I use it?

Where do I run this script and how?
