Example of a CheckMigrate_Task method in PowerCLI?

I am hoping that someone could offer an example of how this CheckMigrate_Task method is built and called to test the feaseability of a vMotion, before actually starting it.  I have a process I use that will initiate the move and it works perfectly for me.  I'm trying to create a process just before it runs for error checking.

I've been trying to wrap my head around the concept for several days and I just can't seem to get it.

An interesting find in the 4.1 SDK guide (pg 108) says that calling a MigrateVM_Task will use the CheckMigrate_Task, so I think that part may work for my needs, but I'd still like to know how to form the call if possible
