EVC cluster without enabling AMD-V or NX

    Hi,

    I've got an AMD EVC cluster with 3 hosts in it but none of them have AMD-V nor NX enabled.

    To bring them in line with best practices, i'd like to enable AMD-V and NX but was wondering what impact it may have on the existing setup. I'm thinking about freeing up an ESXi, then taking it down and enabling the options, bringing it back, then shuffling VMs around that way to take down the other ESXi servers to enable the option on them.

    So I have two questions:

    1) What is the impact of having an EVC cluster with servers that don't have AMD-V and NX enabled (all the doco i've read suggests you must have it enabled)

    2) If I do enable them on one server at a time, will it cause problems VMotioning the VMs around to do this on the other servers.
