  • 1.  ESXi upgarde fails

    Hello,

    i want to upggrade my ESX 3.5 U4 Build 153875 to ESX 4.0 RTM, how would i do this, i have tried upgrade using host upgrade utility and it is giving me error as the boot device layout on host does not support upgrade.

    can anybody share upgrade utility for ESXi

    The best thing to do would be to perform a clean install of ESX 4 (it will take 10-20mins to install and reconfigure your ESXi)
