    i have 2 esxi running under version 6.7.0, 19898906 and on the skyline health i got warning for those esxi and should be upgraded to version 6.7.0, 202210001

    How we can update this esxi from vcenter since if i check compliance, the host is compliant.

    Hey  ,

     

    The host is compliant with this particular baseline. If you create a new baseline with updates, it will no longer be compliant

    When i try to create a new baseline, there are no 'updates' option

    First you download ISO then create base line

    Either attach one of the existing dynamic baselines, or create a new "Patch" baseline, either a dynamic one, or one with the latest "Rollup Bulletin" (ESXi670-202210001) selected.
