Please check whether the hostd process is running, and/or consider to restart the management services for the host.

i have 2 hosts, one is always connected in vcenter and another is disconecting and reconnected. both have this vmkernel error. so something is causing the disonnects and reconnection.

What is the HP ESXI build number you have on both hosts, please refer to driver and software updates corresponding to current ESXI build you have as mentioned in HPE advisory.

What error you are getting during connection with host ?

You can enable SSH first from host configuration to get connected with host  for running any command.
