    i am getting below  errors while installing esx4 and esxi5

    Depending on the hardware (e.g. NICs) used in the host, you either need to inject the appropriate drivers in the installation image/iso using the Image Builder or cehck whether the hardware vendor offers a customized installation image (see e.g. http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04/DriverDetails/Product/poweredge-r620?driverId=XWYR5&osCode=XI51&fileId=3005015335)

    You will need the custom made iso from the dell website. This one includes the correct NIC drivers.

    Have you tried using the Dell customised image which includes all the drivers?

    Which NIC's are you using? Brand, name, type, (id)?
