I followed the instructions to get Tomcat monitored by Hyperic, but when I am on the configuration page for Tomcat and I try to just click "save" , I get the following error:
The configuration has not been set for this resource due to : Invalid configuration: Error contacting resource: /hyperic-hq/jmx-attributes Not Found at
http://localhost:8080
How do I get rid of this error?

I saw this error as well and I found there was a problem with the hyperic-hq directory that moved to the Tomcat webapps directory with ftp. I tried it again and the error went away.

Well I did have someone here take a look at things. We did try copying the hyperic-hq directory again and we also double checked some things. After copying the hyperic-hq directory it did seem to start working.
