Error: A general system error occurred: Platform-specific error 1

  • 1.  Error: A general system error occurred: Platform-specific error 1

    I use vCenter 5.5 and ESXi 5.5.

    In the process of converting Windows 2008 R2 server an error «A general system error occurred: Platform-specific error 1». I would be grateful for information about this error.

    Log bundle are atteched.

    Seems one of your disk is over 2TB limit (2250633117696). The 2TB+ is not supported by Converter 5.1, Resize disk and try again. HTH
