    Here what VMware says:
    https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/7.0/com.vmware.vsphere.vm_admin.doc/GUID-B746F15C-888F-4210-ABDA-94E2D66854CC.html
    "Procedure

    1. Right-click a virtual machine in the inventory and select Edit Settings.
    2. Click the VM Options tab and expand Advanced.
    3. Click Edit Configuration.
    4. (Optional) To add a parameter, click Add Row and type a name and value for the parameter.
    5. (Optional) To change a parameter, type a new value in the Value text box for that parameter.
    6. Click OK."

    Question:
I´m Administrator and it´s not possible to add rows and enter values under this path:

    a) Edit settings for VM
    b) VM Option
    -Advanced -Configuration Parameters
    c) Edit Configuration

Cant add rows and values - please see sreenshot:
No other policies in place prenvents copy and paste.

Really appreciate your answer of how I can enable
"Copy and Paste" from VM console to my client desktop.

VM has to be powered off before you can add an entry or modify it.
