    Hello,

Noticing the above during a recent network check. Also seems the traffic is using port 8182, hosts are in a cluster. Just checking if thats normal

and why its not happening on other hosts we have in the cluster. Hosts running 5.0

    Hi,

Port 8182 is used by the HA service. You could try to use "Re-configure HA" and see if

it changes anything, but it might actually not be any problem.

Where do you see this traffic? From virtual machines or from ESXi vmkernel interfaces?

As noted above this portrange is typical for VMware infrastructure communication like HA and possible vMotion too.
