This is what I've been seeing for around 1-2 hours after my 3rd attempt at finishing the esd file. I tried search what I should do to try and fix it but they were really vague and didn't help out that much.
From time to time Microsoft's servers will behave badly when Fusion is trying to download the Windows ESD with "Get Windows from Microsoft".
A more reliable way to get Windows 11 ARM ISO installation media is to download it from Microsoft's web site.
