I am logged in to both developer.broadcom.com and support.broadcom.com, but SDK downloads do not start.
When I click Download, the request is sent successfully, but the backend responds with HTTP 200 and:
{"isRedirect":false,"popUpMessage":"Your compliance check request is on Hold!"}
Example:

17425
Please check whether my account or organization is under a compliance hold, or whether any entitlement / profile approval / account mapping is missing.

I'm trying to download HTML Console SDK 2.2.0 button seem to be broken, any numbers of clicks doe snot do anything, both on my corporate and personal developer profiles. Not sure if Broadcom sees and rectify it or not, just posting a thread with a positive hope.
