Download Aria Automation 8.16.2 update repository package

Hi.

We are planning to update our current Aria Suite 8.16 to the latest 8.18.1.

 

Before proceeding with the upgrade to version 8.18.1,ee want to update the Aria Automation version in our test environment from 8.14.0 to 8.16.2 to match the version in our production environment.

 

However, the "VMware Aria Automation 8.16.2 Update Repository" package is not listed on the Broadcom download portal. Only the latest "VMware Aria Automation 8.18.1 Update Repository" (Prelude_VA-8.18.1.36791-24282366-updaterepo.iso) .

 

Where can we download the "VMware Aria Automation 8.16.2 Update Repository" package (Prelude_VA-8.16.2.34725-23505094-updaterepo.iso)?

We've opened a support case with Broadcom and they've referred us to our account manager. We're now waiting to see if they can provide the package. Thank you.

For those experiencing the same issue:

I was finally able to obtain the update package through our Broadcom account manager.

We were finally able to update to the version we wanted. Everything is working correctly.
