Since Fusion doesn't use Apple's high level Virtualization Framework, it can't take advantage of Apple's Rosetta for Linux feature that allows x64 code to run on ARM Linux.
Anf Fusion doesn't use it because it's sub functional compared to the VMware stack.
Also it only allows x64 applications to run. It does not virtualize x64 Linux operating systems.

Parallels also have this feature when you create a new VM. (run x86_64 binary with Rosetta) Any chances Fusion support it?

Fusion doesn't support these hooks that allow Intel apps to run in arm64 Linux VMs. It's available only to VMs running under Apple's high level virtualization framework. Fusion uses the low level Hypervisor frameworks.
