    Is anyone able to confirm if VMware, specifically in the EMEA region, is experiencing issues with providing customers with new licensing once it has been purchased?

    The reseller I've used to purchase vSphere and vCenter licensing is stating...

    VMware have confirmed the order is in the system and is waiting to be booked, however this should have happened already due to the 48-72 hour SLA to complete all orders. 

     

    This being said, the VMware orders team have confirmed that they are working through an extremely high volume of orders which is causing a delay to the SLA

    ... with the order being submitted to VMware back on 18/10/2017 and I've still no licensing available to me.
