CPU show 0 MHz for some VM in vCenter only, if I connect to host directly, all is working fine. This is in vCenter only. All my Vm have hardware version 7 and lastest VM tools installed. I have try to reinstall vCenter with a new database, same result.

I am experiencing the same problem. I have been bringing in 3.5 servers to the vCenter 4 server and those are showing utilization just fine. It is my newly built 4.0 servers that are not showing utilization correctly.

from the service console of one of the ESX Hosts whose guests are reports 0 MHz, issue

    service vmware-vpxa restart

    This may resolve your issue.
