  • 1.  Collector cannot reach Skyline Cloud

    Posted Jul 15, 2024 09:28 AM

"Currently the Collector cannot reach Skyline Cloud. This might be due to the lack of network connectivity caused by changed networking infrastructure (proxy settings, firewall rules, etc.). Please make sure your configuration reflects networking requirements in your environment"

This stared after broadcom started migrating vmware.

Nothing has changed on my end

    Anyone else seeing this issue?

    Running skyline 3.5.03.

I had this after I updated to 8.03u. It appeared the SSL certificate has changed on the vcenters (self signed) and I had to restore the connection and accept the new SSL certificate on the skyline connector appliance.

I started noticing this last week as well.  Does anyone know of a resolution yet?

I plan on patching my VMware weekend.  I'll see if that helps any.

I am seeing the same thing on my collector.  No changes here other than the VMWare to Broadcom migration
