Hi i have a sort of two questions:

    1. is it possible to change the VCF SSO login time-out by adjusting a setting in a config file?
    2. why not add a Check box - don t show again to Bypass the VCF SSO page ( where you choose VCF SSO / Local login)

So next time you login it feel like the old style login just one account screen  and yes i understand that you want the possibility to Disable the Bypass - when you want to go for local login.

for that it should be possible a "Disable VCF-SSO screen" checkbox located under account logout.

something like found in the right top under:

    < account@domain >
    -------------------------------------------------
    Change Password
    My Preferences
    Switch Theme
    Re-enable "Disable VCF-SSO screen"
    Logout

    maybe for future release ;-)

    Hi cdickens,

I don't believe there's currently a supported way to bypass the VCF SSO selection page or configure it to remember the user's last authentication method. As far as I know, the login chooser is part of the authentication flow and isn't exposed through a configurable setting or supported configuration file.

The design likely exists to ensure administrators can always choose between VCF SSO and Local Login, especially during identity provider outages or recovery scenarios. That said, I agree this would be a valuable usability enhancement. A "Remember my choice" or "Don't show this again" option (stored locally in the browser) would streamline the login experience while still allowing users to switch to Local Login when needed.

This sounds like a good candidate for a feature request through the Broadcom Ideas portal if it isn't already on the roadmap.
