Best Design with 8 Physical NICs( 4 x1GB + 4 10GB)

I am preparing to deploy a brand new vSphere 5.1 (Enterprise license) environment and would really appreciate a little feedback to some best practices or real world experiences. For our HA cluster we will be using Dell R720's with 1 Broadcom 5720 Quad-Port daughter cards and 2 Intel X520 DA connecting back to a Dell EqualLogic PS6110XV SAN (using the Dell Multipathing Extension Module for MPIO).

(Note: the iSCSI Network will be using two Dell PC8024F switches and the "public" Network will have two Juniper EX3300 switches).

I need to design best perf for HA, iSCSI, vMotion & I would like to know advice for this design. Pls help me!
