backup of vdr appliance

I know that to restore VDR, I should export OVF template and connect backup storage from previous appliance to new. But what about schedules and retention policies, will they restore in such way, or i need to repeat configuration for each backup job again?

If you restore VDR appliance. you can use jobs where that back up taken. no need to reconfigure those jobs again.
