Atto ExpressSAS® R644 PassThrough Crashing System

Hi,

i've got a problem with a ESXI 6.5 and a ExpressSAS® R644 (4 Port External/4 Port Internal 6Gb/s SAS/SATA RAID Adapter) Card. If im doing a PassThrough under Hardware and Restarting it, its working. But if im adding it to my Virtual Machine and starting the machine the ESXi host is crashing.

I need to do a PassThrough cause its connected to a Tape Library via this Card. So i cant just add it to my Datastores. The Tape is needed to do a Second Backup, alltogether with a NAS.

When ESXi host is crashing, are you able to cancel the passthrough in order to reconfigrue ESXi host? Does your server support the VT-D? Is the ExpressSAS adapter connect to only one tape machine but not other harddisk?
