    Configuration:

    VMware Aria Operations™ for Logs GA Version 8.16.0-23364779 aka AOfL

    VMware Identity Manager™ 3.3.7.0 Build 21173100

    We have another vIDM 3.3.7 instance that is forwarding logs to the same instance of AOfL. Logs appear in Dashboards > 'VMware Workspace ONE Access'.

    On the new vIDM 3.3.7 instance I have configured /etc/liagent.ini to match the working vIDM 3.3.7. After I install (VMware-Log-Insight-Agent-8.16.0-23229978.noarch_10.1.202.10.rpm) and restart the liagent service I see from the logs (tail -f -n 100 /var/log/loginsight-agent/liagent*.log /var/log/loginsight-agent/liupdater*.log) what appears to be normal output, i.e. no errors. However I don't see this agent in the AOfL server under Management > Agents and I don't see any output in Dashboards > 'VMware Workspace ONE Access'. Both vIDM instances are on the same subnet and there are no firewalls.

    I guessing that I've missed a step but can't think of what it is. What do I need to do to make the new agent visible in the AOfL server?

    Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
