  • 1.  Aria Operation payload template

    I cloned the default email payload template and want to customize it. However, when I open the edit screen, the HTML option is not there.

    I also tried exporting the template and editing it locally using Notepad, but when I try to import it back, the upload fails with an "empty file" error.

    How can we properly edit cloned email templates in this platform? It is Aria 8.18

    I am on Version: 8.18.7 (25423534) and I don't see any issues with cloning a default payload template.





    Did you try it in a different browser?
