Allow permission to delete VMs created by user

Greetings,

I am using ESXI 5.1. I already have made it so that users cannot delete VMs. However, they are allowed to create VMs based on others (deploy Templates). How can I allow them to delete only the VMs they have created?

Forgive me if you have done this, Have you tried making a new role just for the permission to remove a VM and applying it to the users/group of users? I guess it matters how you have "made it so that users cannot delete VMs". How was that done via a predefined role or a role you created?
