  • 1.  Add vRA Tenant Failed

    Hello all

    I am facing an issue while adding a tenant in VMware Aria 8.18. and Multi-Tenancy is enabled on VMware Aria Lifecycle Manager.Despite having a wildcard certificate for my domain, which is already added in both VMware Aria Automation and VMware Identity Manager, I encounter three errors when attempting to add the tenant. Additionally, I am getting an error related to the CNAME not being resolvable in DNS, even though the record has been created and is accessible from both vRA and IDM nodes. nslookup and ping are ok from all nodes. any idea?!

    Hi,
    Most probably those prechecks are being performed from  VMware Aria Lifecycle Manager. Did you check if they are resolvable from lcm appliance?
