    Hi All,

    We are using vC 5.5 and recently some users are unable to login. Some users cannot log at all but users can with entering their UPN (username@domain.name but not using domain\username. Our backup uses domain\usernmae and it cannot log in.

    Does anyone have some ideas on where to start?
