    In My ESXI6.5 log have a lot of Failed this message,who can help me,thanks!

    These are scsi path failover events. check the disk latency per vm on this device with esxtop.

    If all errors point to the same path vmhba3:C0:T3:L9, also make sure you don't have a damaged cable or a faulty transceiver in the switch.
