Is there a way to change the default 8 hour view on the browse resources page? It would be very helpful to be able to set that to 30 minutes or something so when we are testing we can actively monitor our servers.

1-) Are you wanting to change the default to be 30 minutes instead of 8 hours?
I doubt this can be done but will look into any files that can maybe be edited

    2) Do you just want to edit the timeframe to 30 minutes while testing.
I'm sure you already know this but figured I should mention it just in case. You can
edit the metric display range for the resource to read " the last 30 minutes"

You must be requesting number 1 correct?

I'm not talking about looking at a specific metric, I'm talking about when you are looking at chart view under resources->browse for a specific category. You can get an overall idea of how your servers have been performing over the last 8 hours. My use case, and I'm sure many others desire something similar, is to do performance testing. I want to look at my servers during the performance testing and immediately see the spikes. I don't want to have to specifically look at each server metric on a seperate page, I want it to all be on one page. If I could change that 8 hour view to be 15 minutes or 30 minutes I would have a much better idea of what is going on.

Scotty you are a savoir on this forum, by the way. Thanks for the quick reply!

OK, I see what you talking about. There is not a way to do this at this time. Even when clicking on one of the charts, setting it to 30 minutes and navigating back to Browse and the charts still default at 8 hours.

I think this is a valid request and will enter an Improvement request for it. Of course any improvement would not be until at least 4.3 if implemented.
