VMWare Fusion 30-day guarantee?

I decided Parallels 5 worked better for my purposes than Fusion 3 so I filed for the VMWare 30-day guarantee, but I'm having a lot of trouble with the process. I'm actually beginning to wonder if this guarantee is actually fake because I can't find anything about it on VMware's main site. The only way I heard about this was on some random thread that compared Parallel's 90-day guarantee to Fusion's 30-day guarantee. The only way I could find anything about the guarantee was by searching "vmware fusion guarantee" on google which took me to this site: http://www.rebates-vmware.com/fusionmoneyback/.

Does anybody know if this refund program is actually an official VMWare guarantee or is somebody just stealing my activation code and my contact info?

At one time the link was http://www.vmware.com/go/fusionmoneyback and this link redirects to http://www.rebates-vmware.com/fusionmoneyback/ which if you look at WHOIS results for rebates-vmware.com it is registered to Michael Zaia and his email address is [e-mail] and Medius Corp handles the rebates and refunds for VMware Fusion. So I say this was legitimate however if you have concerns then contact VMware directly and enquirer as to its validity.

Thanks. That makes me feel a lot better. I was planning on contacting VMWare directly, but I'm in class so I can't call them for another 2 hours.
