I have ESXi 7.0.3 installed as a VM under Proxmox 8.1.4. It boots fine, and detects the vmxnet3 NIC I gave it just fine but it only seems to partially work. I can SSH to the ESXi host just fine, but when I try to load the web UI it only partially loads. My browser shows the favicon and TLS cert but the page load never completes.
A couple years ago I swear I had this working with no issues so I'm not sure what is different now. I loaded the community network drivers fling in an attempt to make the e1000 or RTL8139 NICs work but neither of those is detected.
How can I make this work?
