  • 1.  Error 1731 message? Help

    I received Error 1731 that say " The source installaton package of VMWare Toos is out of synch iwth the client package. Try the installation again with a valid copy of "Tools. Needless to say, once I see this message VM crashes and hangsup MacOS. I am forced to reboot.

    I have tried to delete Tools in Windows and tried to reinstall Tools wihout success. I am running Bootcamp VM XP with 2.0.4 Fusion.

    How can I clean out Tools and start over again and hopefully get the VM to work.
