    Hi,

I was having my virtual machine running Asterisk in a Mac mini intel 1.83 no issues.

Then I updated everything to a new Mac mini intel 2.0 and now every time I restarted my computer and the virtual machine try to resume I have the following error:

"Failed to lock main memory file "/Users/Casa/Documents/Virtual Machines.localized/pbxinaflash/PBX-in-a-Flash.vmem".

so then I discard and turn on the virtual machine and having the following error:

"The CMOS of this virtual machine is incompatible with the current version of VMware Fusion."

What other procedure I have to do to update the virtual machine to be compatible with the new hardware?

    Thanks

This was addressed earlier in http://communities.vmware.com/message/1075227;jsessionid=8EE5D9CD907014351D81159D2F3D3F65#1075227

Their recommendations were to first shut down virtual machines, quit VMware Fusion, and do the following...

Enter your virtual machine bundle .vmwarevm and move the .nvram file and any .lck files to the desktop. Then you should be able to open Fusion and power on your virtual machine. If the virtual machine powers on now then you can move the .nvram and .lck files to the trash.
