The document could not be opened

I created a VM under user A

I stored the VM in /users/shared/VMs

I shut down the VM OS (Win XP) and exited Fusion

I gave read/write permissions to ALL the files contained in the package filename.vmwarevm to both "Everyone" and "User B"

I log in as User B, open Fusion, and try to open the file and I get:

The document "Filename" could not be opened.

What am I supposed to do to share this VM between Mac OSX users?!

You have to change permissions on the Package and the Files within.

I did that. I changed permissions on the package, and all the files within - including the hundred or so files in the Applicaitons folder within the package.
