  • 1.  No More Library Window

    Running MacBook Pro, OS 10.6, 4GB, VM Fusion 3.02...

    After successfully installing and configuring a Windows XP Pro VM, now when I launch Fusion on the Mac, I no longer see the Library window - just the full size (stopped) Windows XP VM winodw with a big "play" button in the middle. Not sure what I clicked or changed to make the LIbrary windows disappear. Please help!

    Sounds like you left a virtual machine in fullscreen when you powered it off. To get out of fullscreen, go to View > Single Window or press ctrl-cmd-return. To show the Library, select Window > Virtual Machine Library or press shift-cmd-L.

    I think this occurs if you have only one VM, at least that has been

    the case here. When I had a BootCamp VM and another VM, i always came

    up with the Library. Once I discarded the unused VM, now it just comes

    up with the screen you have described for the current VM.
