  • 1.  Physical USB4 Drive Degradation After Running Guest With Settings Processors Virtualized

    Have a number of guests.   Started using one guest with processors virtualized.

    It appears once I do that my host USB4 storage gets degraded.   I run a copy

    to copy on my host and instead of getting the USB4 speeds it is now like USB3.

    Seems to be an issue with the VMWare USB arbitrator service on on Windows 

    host.

    Hi,

    Request you to please share full support bundle using Help->Support->Collect Support Data. Also please mention the Host and guest details (where you are observing the issue) as well.

    Thank you VMWare for your response.   I threw this question out there to see if anyone else is having this issue as a 1st step.   If no other general user says the same then I will investigate further.
