  • 1.  To comply with the EULA assign the license to at least one asset - Site Recovery Manager

    Hello

I currently have three sites in SRM, two source sites and one destination site. The first source site is licensed for 50 VMs, the other source site is licensed for 25 VMs and the destination site is licensed for 25 VMs.

When I run the replication of a VM from the Second Source Site to the Destination Site, the replication is successful. The problem occurs when I want to return the VM from the Destination Site to the second source site because it gives me a licensing warning and does not let me return the VM.

This is the Warning that appears when I check the licenses:
To comply with the EULA assign the license to at least one asset

To solve it for now, what I do is place the license for 50 VMs on the Destination Site and then it allows me to return the VM to the origin.

I don't understand what could be happening, to see if you can give me some advice.

    Hi

SRM Licenses are required per Protected VMs.

You can see this FAQ for mode details https://core.vmware.com/resource/site-recovery-manager-faq#section4
